Alexia's 5th grade class had to pick their American hero. She had to write a 3 page report, then do a speech as her hero. She picked Martin Luther King Jr. Her reason blew me away. "Mom, I picked him because if it weren't for him I might not be here. If he didn't fight for civil rights, you may have never dated a Mexican, and then you wouldn't have had me!" Seriously!!!

Alexia got a Wii. I can say that I'm damn good at this thing! It's amazing how much you sweat playing this thing! She loves it!!

So I did the math, and this was our 13th year annual HOOTERS X-Mas dinner. Angela was right, this started off as a Valentine dinner. As she put it "It was when we didn't date anyone longer than 3 weeks, get us all together, so this way we could get a present!"

Halloween

OK, so I'm new at this. I wanted to copy off of Angela so you guys could view funny things that are happening in our lives. With today's technology, I'm way too lazy to call everyone and tell them, so I thought this would be easier and way more entertaining! So here it goes!

1st up, is Halloween. Alexia was a vampire from 30 days of night. Super gross and now kids at school are afraid of her!

And as you can see Billy and I were Hall & Oates. Very convincingly!! Every place that we went into played some of our greatest hits! Billy didn't enjoy kissing me with my sweet mustache. At least now he knows what it feels like for me.
